Question 1

How does booking with FLYYnGO work?

Accepted Answer

Tell us the trip on the website — flights, hotels, holidays, trains, buses, cabs, visas or travel insurance. A FLYYnGO travel expert calls you back, checks fares and availability, and confirms the options with you. Nothing is booked or charged until you agree.

Question 2

How soon will you call me?

Accepted Answer

Usually within the hour, 9am–9pm, every day. If it can't wait, call us on +91 91935 50555.

Question 3

Where do I see an enquiry I sent?

Accepted Answer

Open My enquiries (the Enquiries tab on a phone). Every enquiry sent from this device is listed with its reference, which looks like FLY-3F9A1C. Quote it when you call and we find it straight away.

Question 4

Can I change the trip after sending it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell the travel expert when they call, or send a fresh enquiry. Nothing is fixed until you confirm the booking.

Question 5

How do I get my tickets?

Accepted Answer

Once a booking is confirmed, we send the e-ticket or hotel voucher on WhatsApp or email, whichever you prefer.

Question 6

When does web check-in open?

Accepted Answer

Most Indian airlines open web check-in 48 hours before departure and close it 60–90 minutes before. The airline's own website, app or counter issues the boarding pass.

Question 7

I spelled a traveller's name wrong. Can it be fixed?

Accepted Answer

Names must match the photo ID exactly. Minor corrections are usually possible up to 24 hours before departure, and some airlines charge for them — call us on +91 91935 50555 and we will do it with you on the line.

Question 8

What do I show at the hotel?

Accepted Answer

The booking voucher — on your phone is fine — and a government photo ID for each adult.

Question 9

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is paid on this website. The travel expert confirms the price and the ways to pay before anything is booked. We will never ask for your card PIN, CVV or an OTP.

Question 10

Can I get a GST invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add your GSTIN on the flight enquiry form, or give it to the travel expert, and the invoice is issued in your company's name.

Question 11

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Accepted Answer

Flights follow the airline's fare rules and stays follow the property's cancellation policy. We tell you the rules for your exact fare or room before you book, and when you call to cancel we handle the refund with the supplier for you.

Question 12

What happens to the details I send?

Accepted Answer

Your name, phone number, email and trip details go to the FLYYnGO travel desk so we can call you back and book the trip. We don't sell them. To have them corrected or deleted, email support@flyyngo.com.

Question 13

What does the website keep on my device?

Accepted Answer

Your appearance setting, recent searches, the receipts for enquiries you sent and the contact details you last used. Account → Privacy & security → Clear data on this device removes them.
