Plain terms, written for this site rather than copied from a bigger one. If anything here is unclear, call us before you book.

1. 1.What this website is

   FLYYnGO is a travel agency. This website lets you tell us about a trip — flights, hotels, holiday packages, trains, buses, cabs, visas or travel insurance — so that a FLYYnGO travel expert can call you back, quote and book it for you.

   Sending an enquiry is free and does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it with you and with the airline, hotel or other supplier.

2. 2.Using the site

   Please give your own name and a number we can reach you on. Do not send enquiries in someone else's name without their permission, or use the site to send automated or bulk requests.

   Traveller names must match each traveller's photo ID exactly. Airlines charge to correct a name, and some do not permit it at all, so please check them when we confirm your booking.

3. 3.Prices and availability

   Fares and room rates are set by airlines, hotels and other suppliers and change with demand. A price is final only once we have confirmed it with you, and it is held only for as long as we tell you at that time.

   Prices we quote are in Indian rupees. We tell you before you pay whether a quote includes taxes and our service fee.

4. 4.Payment

   Nothing is paid on this website. The travel expert confirms the price and the payment options before anything is booked, and issues an invoice for what you pay; on request it carries your GSTIN.

   We will never ask for your card PIN, CVV or a one-time password. If someone does, it is not us — please call us.

5. 5.Changes, cancellations and refunds

   Flights follow the airline's fare rules and stays follow the property's cancellation policy. We tell you the rules for your exact fare or room before you book.

   To change or cancel, call us. We pass on what the supplier refunds, less any charges we told you about when you booked, and tell you when to expect it.

6. 6.Your data

   We use the details you send to call you back, book your trip and keep the records the law requires. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how to have it corrected or deleted; questions go to support@flyyngo.com.

7. 7.Liability

   Airlines, hotels, transport operators and insurers are responsible for the services they provide. We are responsible for arranging your booking with care and for passing on the information they give us.

   Nothing here limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. 8.Governing law
