What we collect, and why

When you book, your contact details and billing address, the travellers' or guests' names, and what a fare or hotel needs (a date of birth or passport for some flights, the lead guest's PAN for some hotels) go to the FLYYnGO travel desk. An enquiry or a job application sends your name, number, email, the trip details and your note. We use them to book, confirm and support your trip, and keep the records the law requires.

Only those who need them to deliver your booking: the airline or hotel, our booking partner (Akbar Travels) whose systems make the booking, and Razorpay for the payment. FLYYnGO's own staff see them in our workspace. We never sell them or use them for advertising.

Payments happen on Razorpay's own secure checkout. Card, UPI and bank details go to Razorpay directly: we never see or store them, and we will never ask for your card PIN, CVV or an OTP.

The site is served only over HTTPS. Booking details are stored encrypted on FLYYnGO's own servers and read only by signed-in staff. A PAN is never shown back, not even to our desk.

Passport numbers are wiped 30 days after the trip. Details from a checkout that was never paid are dropped after a week. Booking and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Each visit is recorded anonymously: the page you arrived on, the site or campaign that sent you, your device type, an approximate city from your IP address, and how long you stayed. It tells us which pages help travellers. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers.

Your appearance setting, recent searches, the receipts for enquiries you sent and the contact details you last used, so the next form fills itself in; and, after you book, a cookie that opens your booking page in this browser. The button below removes what this site saved here.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you (except what the law makes us keep), or complain to our Grievance Officer, Khushi Singh: email support@flyyngo.com or call +91 91935 50555. We answer within 30 days.
