Your tickets, hotel confirmations and invoices arrive by email and stay on your booking page.
FLYYnGO sells travel services. Nothing is sent by post or courier: every booking is delivered electronically, to the email address you give at checkout, and on your booking page.
Once the airline issues the ticket, usually within a few minutes of payment, we email the confirmation with the airline PNR. The e-ticket and the GST invoice can be downloaded from your booking page. Carry a photo ID and check in on the airline's website.
Once the hotel confirms, usually within a few minutes of payment, we email the confirmation with the hotel's confirmation number. That email is your hotel voucher: show it with a photo ID for every guest at check-in. The GST invoice can be downloaded from your booking page.
Check your spam folder, or use Find my booking to have the link emailed again. If 30 minutes pass without a confirmation, call +91 91935 50555. A booking that isn't confirmed isn't charged.
